Quick Beauty Buys

After not doing a post in quite a while I thought it would be a good opportunity to do a tiny little haul post and review now.
First off is L'Oreal Paris Studio Line Matt & Messy Shine-Free Salt Spray. I've tried many salt sprays in the past but they have never given the effect I want. Due to a friends recommendation and the cute little round bottle it came in I was up for trying it. I've quickly tried it out and it's just as great as I was told. It really helps give the messy beach look that I've struggled to get in the past. It doesn't sit heavy on your head and it smells fantastic. And for the price of only £1.86 at Superdrug it was a real steal.
The second product is the Rimmel London Wake Me Up Foundation in 010 Light Porcelain. This foundation is something I swear by and couldn't imagine using anything else. It applies so easily and with a lovely clear finish and they have an amazing pale shade for people like me who never seem to tan, which I find hard to find with other brands. I mentioned this in my previous blog post for my Daily Make-Up Routine but after running out I needed some more and I needed this lighter shade. It's a great price of £8.99 for the quality it holds.
Next up is again part of the Rimmel London Wake Me Up collection but this time it's the concealer in 010 Ivory. Just like the foundation I haven't found a concealer that covers blemishes and unwanted marks as well as this. For £5.49 this, along with the foundation is the perfect pairing.
Now for the hair dye which is the only thing I went out to buy. I have used this hair dye ever since I started dying my hair, and I never use anything else. In the past I've gone for a purple shade but after growing out the dye I wanted to go for a more natural but dark shade. I chose 89 Bitter Sweet Chocolate which is close to black without it actually being so. At the moment because my hair is long I need to of these but I can't complain as most brands you need 2+ for long or thick hair so the coverage is great. Superdrug had an offer on so I only payed £3.99 for this!
The last two products i purchased where MakeUp Revolution lipsticks in the shades Nude (Matte) and The One. I've been looking for nude colour lipsticks for a while but never got around to it. With only a few pound left I saw these and thought I'd try them to see what the quality was like as they were only £1 each. So far, I can honestly say I'm not sure on the quality, they don't apply as easily as some other better quality brands and the shade didn't transfer very well. With lip balm or primer on first they applied a lot better and the colour seemed to last. If I'm ever going for a casual look and I need a nude lip I will still certainly use them though. ( top shade is Nude...bottom shade is The One.)
