With finishing my current college and sorting out my new college for next year, and with the start of summer arriving, I've been lacking on my blog A LOT!

Now that I am truly settled into summer and relaxed until August when holidays and festivals are filling my month (literally) I wanted to up my blogging game and get out those frequent posts like I've been meaning too.

As much as this post was somewhat of an apology for abandoning my blog it was also to express a recent feeling which after the past few days I have been feeling and how happy and content I am with life.

A goal in life with me is to truly feel happy with life when it comes to my friends, myself and feeling like I'm actually creating memories. These past few days have been packed with me hanging out with friends, going to different places (spontaneous and planned) and it's been how I've wanted my life to be like for years!

I've always seen people with this somewhat 'tumblr' life but I've never personally ever felt near to it until this week. A mix of Alton Towers, gatherings with friends (old and new), wood walks, Warwickshire pride and Godiva festival have filled up my past few days  and left me rather content. While embracing the moments I actually didn't take any photos as I neglected my phone and really concentrated on just having a good time.

I am so ready for August now when my holidays and festivals come around! These past few days have made me realise that making memories, making moments last and living in the moment is what life is all about.
